Subscription was fine, but refund on cancellation was not
While I had a subscription I was fine. However when recently I decided to not renew due to money worries, I had the full money go out. I asked for a refund. I did not get a response so I went on there chat. The customer service said yes of course.It has all been done. This was on the 29th of July, it is now the 22nd August. I went on chat and demanded a Refund code to give Paypal to track the refund. He said there had been a glitch and it had not happened so he would do it again. I demanded a code as proof. We shall see in 2 days time.

This is a con, had £129 taken out of my account i did not authorise last year £19.99 didnt work on my phone but left it .. life and learn this year no warning taken the £129

Total AV is a scam
Total AV is a scam! They make it impossible to cancel, They take over your phone! I can't get rid of them! I can't get it off my phone and it totally infected my phone. I can't use my phone at all! I'm without a phone and I can't afford a new one. I'm a disabled person in a nursing home. I have no income. They don't care! I called them and they billed my PayPal account. I'm at the end of my rope! They just don't care! They are horrible, They are not a antivirus they are the virus!

This is a scammy type of company that…
This is a scammy type of company that is exploiting less computer literate people. Signed last year for£1.99 one off. They then had to refund me £11 the next month because I had not signed for contract. This year they have charged me £129 for same thing. This is now in dispute. Not nice?
