I bought the Ferrari 458 Italia carpet…

I bought the Ferrari 458 Italia carpet from them less than two years ago. The size was okay, but the quality leaves something to be desired. Since this car is used very rarely, only in good weather, the upholstery has fallen off and is slowly starting to get holes. It has 4-5000km on it at most. I reported the problem to them, but they are not willing to take on the warranty, which is 2 years as written in the law. They give me a 20% discount if I buy a new one, but I am not willing to pay any more money for such a poor quality product. So I do not recommend anyone to buy from them.

We believe this review gives a misleading impression of the situation. The mats were ordered in September 2024, and the complaint was made in August 2026 — approximately 23 months later. In other words, the customer is requesting a free warranty replacement after nearly two years of ownership and use. Floor mats are wear items. We have customers using our mats daily for 5+ years without holes or this type of damage. Localized wear on a driver's mat can depend on heel position and pressure, footwear, repeated friction, cleaning methods/products, moisture and other conditions of use. A clean area elsewhere on the mat does not prove that localized wear is a manufacturing defect. A 2-year legal guarantee is not an unconditional warranty covering every type of wear or damage occurring within 24 months. Despite this, we offered the customer a 20% discount on a brand-new complete set plus his requested yellow-trim customization free of charge as a goodwill solution. He chose not to accept it. We believe this was a fair and reasonable solution after 23 months of ownership. AutoWin Team

Product is decent, customer service is a hit or miss

Product is decent, customer service was great then they ghosted me. Bought a custom mat, didn't fit; they asked me to go measure my currents mats which I did. They sent me replacements, which I appreciated. Still didn't fit. They asked me to do some changes myself to make it fit but I wasn't willing to potentially destroy my original mats to do that. Its been almost 2 months and no reply to a few emails. If you don't have a 100% accurate product - don't sell it.

I would give Autowin negative stars if…

I would give Autowin negative stars if I could. Way overpriced, cheap materials used, embroidery falls apart. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILl REGRET IT. I sent them numerous emails to get a mat replaced and they refused. This tiny company is in Lithuania and doesnt give a dam about customers.

When the mats were first delivered, you confirmed in writing that the embroidery looked fine. Your original complaint was not about a defective logo, but about carpet thickness, price, and your request for a partial refund. After your refund/remake request was declined, the embroidery issue was later reported only after the mats had already been used. Floor mats are installed on the vehicle floor and are naturally exposed to shoes, friction, dirt, pressure, and normal wear. For this reason, damage or wear appearing after use cannot automatically be treated as a manufacturing defect. We also note that you previously stated you would post 1-star reviews unless AutoWin provided a replacement or refund, and that you would remove the reviews if compensation was provided. AutoWin does not make refund or replacement decisions based on threats to post or remove reviews. Absolutely terrible service and…

Absolutely terrible service and communication, very quick to take an order but when contacted numerous times regarding an issues they don’t even respond. They eventually sent me a case number but don’t reply to that either. Considering the premium price they charge for floor mats you would expect customer service to match, unfortunately this is certainly not the case with this company.
