I have been using auto pots for some…
I have been using auto pots for some years now and they are quality. I recently ordered the 24 autopot system and can't fault them. I had a issue with DHL apparently they attempted delivery 2 times but I wasn't home. I called up autopot and attempting to chase the delivery. The gentleman who delt with this issue was amazing (Regretfully I can not remember his name). Within a couple of hours I had my parcel. Amazing system, amazing staff, amazing company. 10/10 Thank you Ky

Fantastic product
I have now been using autopots for three years and think they are fantastic. I grow show leeks, tomatoes and cucumbers in them with good success at the shows. When you order from Autopots the staff are on the ball and send it out to you straight away and are very helpful. I highly recommend buying from Autopots as I definitely will be in the near future because when your plants are in them you don't have to worry about them for a while just keep an eye on your barrels. Also they are made from very strong plastic so easy to clean and will last years. Totally fantastic.

Good Products, reasonable value
Good, quality products and reasonable value. The systems work, but there are decisions to be made by the home user, things like which growing media and which nutrients to use for what (and when). In use the system is generally easy enough, but making a mistake (like not opening the valves after topping up) can be catastrophic (blossom end rot almost inevitable if not fixed within a few hours). I have produced good tomatoes and cucumbers in my small greenhouse. Some "how to grow things" advice for new home users would reduce the learning curve.

My order was actioned and shipped quickly, packaging was excellent and kept the product safe during transit. I have assembled the Watering system which was easy to do and it is now attending to several potted plants, There was a problem with Fedex delivery but Autopot helped me to resolve this with Fedex and delivery delay was only one day. Excellent service - well done.
