Voglio segnalare la mia bruttissima esperienza avuta con la concessionaria Autoone di Paderno Dugnano: nel mese di settembre 2025, effettuo un contratto per l'acquisto di una Toyota Yaris Cross di importazione Tedesca, già presente in concessionaria. Verso subito circa 15mila euro con bonifico e restante 7mila euro con finanziaria, con impegno della società di effettuare le pratiche per la nuova immatricolazione (tempi previsti 20/30 giorni lavorativi). Passa il primo mese e mi dicono di avere pazienza, ne passano altri mesi e arriviamo a mese di marzo 2026 e ogni volta si inventano mille scuse poiché mancherebbero stranamente dei documenti x l'immatricolazione in Italia e quindi non posso ritirare la macchina (per correttezza nel frattempo ottengo una loro macchina di cortesia). Nel mese di marzo, non avendo avuto una risposta esaustiva mi fanno capire che non si potrà più immatricolare l'auto. A questo punto chiedo la rescissione del contratto per loro inadempimento. Anche qui inizia una serie di problemi, dicendomi che ci vogliono 40 giorni lavorativi per ottenere la somma di denaro versata. Passano dei mesi e continuo a sollecitare tramite pec la restituzione del denaro, ma ogni volta mi dicono che ci vuole del tempo. Per farla breve, nel mese di luglio mi sono dovuto rivolgere ad un legale che tramite Tribunale solo ora (fine agosto) ho ottenuto il mio credito. Segnalo la scarsa professionalità degli operatori della Concessionaria Autoone di Paderno Dugnano e della sede centrale di Salerno.

SCAM AVOID THIS AGENCY AT ALL COSTS
After booking through @AutoEurope.fr, we fell into a trap set by the company @Surprice and AutoOne. From the start, their desk, advertised as being at Florence Airport, is actually isolated in an industrial zone, far from the other car rental parking lots. Despite presenting an official card clearly marked "CREDIT", the rental agent illegally refused it on the pretext that it was issued by an online bank. The agent refused to provide the vehicle unless we paid an additional €300 for a deductible waiver—a service already covered by my VISA Premier Credit card. The goal of this rental company is simple: to trap customers using false pretenses and coerce them into buying overpriced insurance through forced sales. For two hours, we were subjected to unacceptable aggression. My daughters, aged 5 and 8, were exhausted and eventually collapsed in tears, terrified by the verbal violence and hostility of the Surprice staff. Despite our clear state of distress, the agent cancelled our reservation and refused to drive us back to the main rental parking area to catch the shuttle back to the airport. Surprice told us to take it up with the broker, AutoEurope.fr, claiming they were responsible for the cancellation. The rental company literally threw us out onto the street in the middle of an industrial zone, with no means of transport. With young children, we were completely stranded. We had to return to the airport on foot, crossing a highway during rush hour with our suitcases and crying children, putting our lives in danger. This is a criminal and inhumane act. Leaving young children to wander on a high-speed road is a deliberate endangerment of others. AVOID THIS AGENCY AT ALL COSTS. They are not looking to rent cars; they are looking to scam families and pocket money without providing any service.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience - you only have to look at the other reviews. Robbed of 500 euros - this group are also very racist . Couldnt believe the way they treated people of colour . I love travelling but these thieves ruin it for everyone. Id say they are a criminal gang to be honest - avoid at all costs.

Je précise que je loue 6/an dans cet aéroport donc habituée aux techniques de surfacturation des loueurs. Mais là on atteint des sommets. 35 min d'attente d'une navette qui n'est pas une navette mais une voiture citadine, que l'on doit appeler en arrivant et qui annonce être là dans 10 min. Puis 5 min pour donner une voiture dans le noir, sans examen.Au retour, 20 min d'examen approfondi de la carrosserie, carresse langoureuse du pare brise pour identifier le moindre choc qui ne se verrait a l'oeil nu. Bien sûr j'ai oublié de photographier un rétroviseur qui n'avait pas de dégât dans le noir. Ils refusent de donner leur vidéo lors de la prise du vehicule. 90€ de frais sans raison. Ils enchaînent avec le même process avec les pauvres allemands derrière moi. En plus on risque d rater son vol car le même employé fait check in check out et 'navette' tout en appelant sa fiancé au téléphone. Forcément ça crée des retards et j'ai failli rater mon vol. Une expérience client horrible.
