Allowed me to fix the car on their garage!
Really awesome experience. Even though the car from the lot I’ve bought didn’t turn the key, they allowed refund because it was not as advertised. But I didn’t take it of course, I asked if I could be allowed to fix it on the spot, and they allowed me enough time to do so at their garage. They even offered to help! I will most likely buy it again. Excellent staff from Tiel Automotive Auctions.

Very bad auction
Very bad auction. The sold broken car, they can’t help with preparing to transporte car in case when it doesn’t start, this auction scam! I lose a lot of money!

Obivous malfunctions not mentioned - Watch out
The advertised car was described nicely, but when picking it up there were a number of unmistakeable noticeable malfunctions were shown in the dashboard and were not mentioned anywhere in the advert. I have written confirmation that the car was good to be picked up and to be driven home, but the breaks were totally malfunctioning, nearly resulting in a crash. Altough advertising with the build in multi media system: the system did not work at all. Various errors shown in the Display were simply hidden on the sales advert. They simply claimed not to inspect the car, but other, minor things were reported, so the claim is bogus. Eventually after pushing long, some things that "were not broken" were repaired out of "generosity" But other obvious malfunctions remained, leaving me with a big headache as the team was not supportive of cooperative at all. Some people sell cars as a passion, they vow for their 5 star reviews - Other sell cars at any means just to make a lot of money and don't care about their reputation.. it's obvious what this seller is.
