Disappointed in the quality of the Posters
Unfortunately I'm quite disappointed in the quality of these posters. I ordered a normal one and also a limited embossed one. Their mockup on the website make the poster look more crisp and clean than it actually is. The paper used is textured and thin as was described on the product page but I thought with that high of a price tag it can't be bad and it was a conscious decision to make the color pop. But the color appear rather dull in real life. The image on the poster appear fuzzy/blurry and there are some artifacts here and there. Of course it could be a particular issue with the poster motive I've chosen and others may be better. But still for that premium price I expected a premium finish or at very least not a blurry mess of a poster image. I really was hoping for more as I intended to purchase some more poster down the line. - - - Update: so after the response here from Automobilist, I went ahead and filled out the contact form to state the problem I had more in the interest of wanting to know if this is a printing issue or is that what is expected of the other prints as well which I was also interested in buying later down the road. No response since. Not a great customer support.
