Unacceptable service standards
Leaving a review as this had a really bad experience with Chelmsford depot, all was fine until I collected my vehicle- they damaged my interior pillar and also they made a very unprofessional remark when I noticed my rear view mirror casing hanging off- said I must of knocked it when I got in- very back street approach- also I noticed today severe damage to the two exterior trims that were sheared off at the bottom, a total disgrace of a business- I took pictures and have found that they clearly did not have a torque T3 to disconnect, it is clear they used a hammer to remove, I will never use this company again, and the person who made the remark and fitted my screen….AVOID at all costs- you may of had a good experience, I have a premium vehicle- maybe he was having a bad day- but please treat vehicles with care. Not destroy parts to get the screen fitted - the only reason I noticed this as I was topping up my car with screen wash and when I opened the bonnet! Wow! Disgraceful- a complaint is coming and maybe an Ombudsman approach to make sure this lack of care does not happen again
