Ho prenotato un'auto in Rodi. L'aereo era in ritardo di oltre un'ora per un problema tecnico ma all'atterraggio ho trovato il personale di Autocandia ad accogliermi. Giusto 5 minuti di auto e siamo arrivati alla sede. Personale davvero professionale (oltre che simpatico), ci hanno spiegato tutto e consegnato l'auto in pochissimo tempo. Dopo due giorni abbiamo avuto un problema, quasi sicuramente per una nostra disattenzione, e sono intervenuti in modo rapido e cortese. Se tornassi a Rodi riprenderei l'auto da loro

Excellent service and good price...
Excellent service from being met at the airport to being dropped off at the end. Polite and informative staff. Attended to a flat tyre on Sunday afternoon in super fast time. Nothing too much trouble. Good price for a clean new car. Very highly recommended & brilliant customer care in Rhodes office.

Child seats are not safe!
The car was fine, but we rented a childseat for our 5 year old daughter. On day 2, we needed to brake and the straps came loose completely. We thought this would just be an easy fix, but we quickly noticed that one part was missing completely in order to make it safe. For the rest of the journey, we had her in the backseat in the normal seatbelt. When we told them about this, they wouldn't compensate us and made us feel like we were lying about the whole thing. We paid about 70 euro for 5 days, while we only used the carseat for one day.

Very friendly and helpful staff, car was good money for value. The man driving us from the airport to the car pickup was a true gem: very friendly and full of helpful tips for the island!

Heraklion ervaring
Paar jaar bij autocandia heraklion auto's gehuurd. Goede service. Vriendelijke mensen. 1x pech op de snelweg, een monteur van autocandia kwam eraan. Gaf ons zijn auto, wat een upgrade was. Tank vol, gratis extra bestuurder (zie hun info voor autohuur). Snelle afhandeling.
