No momento da entrega sósendo usada uns minutos, a viatura encontrava-se sem condições adequadas de utilização, apresentando problemas que comprometiam a sua segurança e o normal funcionamento. Apesar de ter sido entregue nessas condições, foi-me solicitado que assumisse a responsabilidade pelo combustível gasto. Para além desta situação, apenas alguns minutos após a entrega da viatura, foi-me exigido que colocasse combustível, situação que considero particularmente injusta, tendo em conta as condições em que o veículo me foi disponibilizado. Considero inaceitável que um cliente receba uma viatura que não se encontra devidamente preparada e em condições de circulação e, simultaneamente, seja responsabilizado por questões relacionadas com o combustível.

La peor empresa de alquiler de…
La peor empresa de alquiler de vehículos sin duda, la más aprovechada y cara dura de todas. Nos cancelan el vuelo, llamamos con toda la buena fe para avisar que lo que ha pasado, nos nos compensan con nada, a la sorpresa que al día siguiente por fin cogemos vuelo y no sabemos exactamente cuándo vamos a llegar, ponemos una hora aproximada, al llegar nos dice que no tenemos nuestro coche, que hasta las 17 nada. Perdona? El coche está alquilado desde el día anterior. Me parece vergonzoso lo que hace esta gente.

I had an excellent experience with Autatlantis after completing four rentals on four different islands in the Azores. The service was always very convenient: the rental desk is located directly in front of the arrivals area, and the parking spaces for picking up the cars are just a few steps away, making the whole process quick and hassle-free. One of Autatlantis’ greatest strengths is their outstanding customer care. Communication via both WhatsApp and email was always fast, professional, and helpful. During my trip, I had two cancellations of internal flights due to bad weather, and they immediately assisted me by changing the car pick-up dates and times without any additional costs. This level of flexibility and attention to the customer made a big difference, especially in the unpredictable conditions of island travel. I highly recommend Autatlantis and would definitely use their services again.

Highly recommend - easy and trustworthy
AutoAtlantis made renting a car completely effortless. The team was incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating throughout the entire process. Everything was straightforward from pickup to drop-off, and they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed to comfortably explore the islands. Excellent customer service and an easy experience from start to finish.
