Once again I have to place another…

Once again I have to place another review about AudioSparx they came out online and stated that they removed our account from their entire network and that our music made no money. Yet instead of removing our music they hid it and has continued to license our work without permission they even went deeper than that they blocked us from communicating with them they are holding 57 tracks hostage they refuse to take it down and plan to continue profiting off of it it won’t happen because if they don’t correct this issue I will be taking them to federal court I will also be adding every company that they illegally licensed our music to at $150,000 per work you can run but you can’t hide and your partners can’t either you will be served no matter where you go or hide the lies you have been telling has caught up with you. You still have one last opportunity to fix this before you cause issues for your partners and possibly destroy your company as you have destroyed mine if not I will see you in court. My forensic audit that I had performed to track where our money was and this is one of the companies involved and must show evidence to that can or will clear their name I will be contacting every company from my reports and if they are not working with my approved companies they are in violation of copyright infringement.

AudioSparx respectfully disagrees with the allegations contained in this review. The reviewer requested that participation in the RadioSparx program be terminated. Once we confirmed that the reviewer was participating under our RadioSparx-only agreement, we honored that request. The reviewer's account was terminated, the associated audio recordings were deleted from the RadioSparx service, and the reviewer was notified accordingly. This standard takedown was completed less than 24 hours after the termination request was received and the applicable licensing arrangement was confirmed. The reviewer nevertheless continues to allege that AudioSparx is licensing or otherwise commercially exploiting these recordings following termination. That allegation is false, and AudioSparx is aware of no factual basis whatsoever for it. The continued existence of certain historical account records or track metadata within internal administrative systems does not mean that the audio recordings remain available for licensing or commercial use. Businesses routinely retain non-audio administrative records for legitimate accounting, contractual, tax, security, and audit purposes after an account has been terminated. The actual audio files associated with the reviewer's tracks have been deleted from our system. The reviewer also continues to allege that AudioSparx withheld royalties. That allegation is likewise unsupported by our records. The reviewer participated exclusively in the RadioSparx-only program and did not participate in the broader AudioSparx licensing program. Under that arrangement, the means by which the reviewer's tracks could generate royalties was through eligible playback on RadioSparx. However, none of the reviewer's submitted tracks contained the required Composer(s) metadata necessary to become eligible for RadioSparx programming. Consequently, the tracks never became eligible for RadioSparx playback, were never actually played on RadioSparx, and generated no RadioSparx performance royalties. Because the reviewer was not participating in the broader AudioSparx licensing program, the recordings were not eligible for AudioSparx synchronization licensing, production-music licensing, AI licensing, or other AudioSparx licensing activities. Contrary to the reviewer's repeated public allegations, these recordings were not licensed by AudioSparx to other parties through those channels. The reviewer's audio files have now been deleted from our server system following termination of the RadioSparx account. Historical metadata and administrative records may remain for legitimate business recordkeeping purposes, but those records do not constitute continued possession or commercial exploitation of the audio recordings. The reviewer has now repeatedly published allegations that AudioSparx is knowingly continuing to license his recordings, withholding money generated by those recordings, and exploiting his intellectual property after termination. Those are serious factual allegations, and AudioSparx maintains that they are false. We therefore request that the reviewer immediately cease publishing false and disparaging factual statements concerning AudioSparx and retract the inaccurate allegations already published. AudioSparx expressly reserves all contractual and legal rights and remedies available to it with respect to continued publication of false or disparaging statements. AudioSparx has honored the reviewer's termination request, deleted the associated audio recordings, and considers the underlying account matter resolved.
