Great experience
Everything was easy, place The order and still had contact With them via E-mail and Instagram, always had updates about the shipping. Was a good experience. The fairings kit fits very well on my GSXR K2. The only thing that stops me from a 5 star rating. My decal/sticker set is still missing never received it. But overall I would order every time again 🙏🏻

I paid in full for my order on May 29th. Today is August 13th, and I still don't even have a tracking number. Instead of my parts, I am constantly fed with "please wait" and endless excuses. First, they claimed they found defects after the initial painting. Then, it turned out the colors of some parts didn't match. It took them several more weeks just to repaint them. As of today, I still have no clear answer on when my fully paid product will actually be shipped. Their customer service is incredibly unprofessional. Their emails completely lack basic punctuation, formal greetings, or any sense of customer care. I deeply regret choosing Auctmarts. Because of their complete lack of professionalism, they have literally stolen an entire motorcycle season from my life. I probably won't even catch any good riding weather this year by the time (or if) this kit finally arrives. Avoid this company if you value your time, money, and your riding season.
