My husband and I wanted to invest in the stock market to make more profit from our savings. I had seen advertisements on my social media and signed up for a no obligation call. After several phone calls with THEM, who wanted to be very polite and reassuring, we paid 250 for them to show us what they could do. I would like to say that everything seemed very serious to us (website, own account, own advisor,...) so we decided to invest 30,000. I was able to get a quick 5,000 refund and only then did things get weird. They suggested investing more and signing a 1 year guarantee contract (so they could make monthly profits according to them). They were talking 50,000-200,000 to be able to make real profits! We declined and didn't feel so comfortable anymore, so we asked to ask for the remaining 25,000 back. I was told to pay 10,000 to get this money back (as fees!), only then would they give us the money back. We then contacted the FCA (Financial Control Authority) who confirmed that they were not authorized and therefore we had been scammed. Avoid these people at all costs, they want nothing good for you. I was lucky and got my money back with the help of a company. hildatwint at gmailcom I share how I got it back and advise others to stay away from these people.

I am writing to express my frustration with this website, specifically regarding my inability to withdraw my balance from a Bitcoin gift card I received. Despite waiting for two months and contacting your customer service team multiple times via email, I am still unable to access my funds and I keep receiving the same error message that I need to wait for 30 days.
