DEFECTIVE YSL Handbags
Two handbags came EIGHT WEEKS LATER - TWO MONTHS after ordering them!!! They claim bags to be from a European location, but items come from China, which is fine BUT they sent me a defective/damaged YSL handbag that had a foul fish odor. The bag said YSE not YSL and the Y was snapped!!! Then and after sending them photos they offered 20% off I said no, the bag is useless to me like this and then stopped communication with me. Then later when I threatened a charge back, they offered 30% off. As of yet still NO REFUND!! DECEPTIVE BAIT AND SWITCH WEBSITE!!! AVOID!!! The other handbag was fine but took FOREVER TO RECEIVE THEM. So much aggravation and grief, not worth the savings...search for another. Then they switched website names due to selling terrible dupes!! At least one of the two was a somewhat decent replica the other a total loss!!

SCAM COMPANY.
SCAM COMPANY. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Sent me a 'Louis Vuitton' pouch, clearly a fake, but I expected that gor the money! Problem is the logo is printed upside down on one side. They have ignored every email I've sent, and the live chat is rubbish, just empty promises. THIS COMPANY NEEDS REPORTING AND CLOSED DOWN.

I purchase the bag for my girlfriend…
I purchase the bag for my girlfriend back in July fifth I’m at the moment we are a month out. I’m starting a new month. I still haven’t received anything. I’ll hear from them. They did send me some excuse. I was on the way in traffic somewhere but still haven’t received anything. I can send them a message that at this point I just want my refund and I haven’t received any payments or respond on the map yet but in a month and a half fund still haven’t received anything. I’m out of patience. Just want my refund.
