Do not use this company
Do not use this company, which sometimes trades under the name Josh and Tate. They promised a 'free (mystery) gift' with a shower mat and then suddenly charged me £31 (on my PayPal account) for nothing that I'd ordered. It turned out that they had 'made a mistake' and they mystery gift should have been a 30% discount on future orders. It took some weeks and the intervention of PayPal to get my money back.

Order is taking forever to arrived since it’s directly came from China. This looks like a drop shipping business. I will never again order from this store.

The product that I bought was for…$47.99
The product that I bought was for $47.99and received after 3 weeks the product is no where near to the picture on the website . It is a very very poor quality product. It came in a bag all crushed like a rugged piece. No one should buy from this website,please be aware . The phone number and email is also wrong on the website also there is no return label and address on the website neither they send it with the product . The product that I received is not even worth a pound . Please beware . Not to miss out this ARTISO company is not registered in the company house as well .

worst company ever, buyer beware
This is one of the worst companies I had to deal with. They refused to accept my return of multiple items due to the items not fitting correctly. When I did return them they refused to accept them. Buyer beware, do not buy clothing from them.

Artisio waste of money
I ordered from this company last year and the quality of the shoes was very poor. I asked to return the items but they were not keen on this outcome. After several emails I decided to accept a discount voucher and to keep the shoes. Wrong decision! I recently ordered a pair of sandals and after taking weeks to arrive I am very disappointed with the quality of manufacturing. I am going to cut my losses and never order from this company again. They need to provide a better delivery service. Also the website photos make the shoes look better than they do in reality. My advice is don’t waste your money.
