Abysmal.
Appalling QC from their packing team - cardboard sleeve arrived scuffed on the bottom left side. Their cs staff named "saithan" is extremely abhorrent, unprofessional, rude, repulsive, and uncouth. Abysmal. Would NOT buy from them ever again.

The mouse mat is absolutely wonderful
The mouse mat is absolutely wonderful. No complaints, it's brought back my motivation to play shooters with my friends, it's always a great time. The delivery experience, not so much. I'd gladly wait an extra 2 weeks if it's shipped and handled by the standard postal service instead of DHL/FedEx. They charge exorbitant rates for simply handling the package (way more than the VAT itself), and they got my address completely wrong and tried to deliver it on the other side of my country. I paid their "handling fee" on top of the obligatory VAT, but the process took so long and lots of complaints that I'd love to suggest you offer a choice of priority mail or even standard, slow, state postal service instead of DHL, at least for Central/Southeast Europe. I'd love to shop again and even resell your products at a small scale, but not if DHL is my courier.

Packaged well! Delivered by DHL so no problems there, always been great with deliveries for me! Pads high quality, got one to replace a current one! Will no doubt order again directly from Artisan.
