Machine modèle M1 pro acheté en précommande qui n'as jamais bien marché. Après plusieurs pannes des dizaines de relances, le service technique m'envoie des pièces de rechange censées résoudre mes problèmes. je remonte tout cela et cela ne marche toujours pas. Apres plus d'heure de galère et de panne plutôt que d'impression, je vais jeter a la poubelle cette machine toute neuve. Service a prés vente très long a répondre. machine vendues qui ne marche pas. beaucoup de temps et d’énergie perdu. je ne parles même pas de l'argent perdu. ADIEU ARTILLERY!!!

Customer support is abysmal
Customer support is abysmal. My X4 Plus S1 has been completely dead for 5 weeks. I receive completely unhelpful responses every 3-4 days. They have sent me zero parts, or replacement (printer is 2 months old). They have asked me to fill out the exact same form 3 times. They want the user to do all of the work. They wanted me to reflash the EMMC chip, which requires a special usb adapter,nwhich they didn't send me. Then they told me I need a new mainboard, And after a week of no responses, they asked me to fill out the excel form AGAIN. They also expect me to replace the mainboard myself. The case specifically says if I open it, my warranty is void. And ALL of the connectors to the board are GLUED.

Bad printer, worse support.
Bought a m1 pro s1 because I wanted a printer with the wifi option. The printer arrived but didn't work with the wifi. I have send an email to support. They answer in 1 sentence not providing a good answer. I've followed the instructions but I still doesn't work. I've written again today 03.03.26 because they don't answer me. I would like a full refund since my printer doesn't work and the support I have gotten don't work either

Decido da neofita di acquistare una stampante 3d,la scelta sfigata cade su una sidewinder 3 pro,che mi viene consegnata circa una settimana dopo l'ordine.la assemblo con cura,su questo sono abbastanza esperto,non tralasciando nessun dettaglio.al momento della messa in funzione e calibrazione della macchina,la sorpresa.non vuole saperne di calibrarsi l asse Z,di conseguenza non è possibile usarla,stampa spaghetti e filamenti di plastica a caso.contatto l'assistenza,che prima invila vari tutorial su come calibrare,poi una serie di misurazioni,spessori per togliere i giochi dell asse Z,misurazioni sull altezza ecc.da una soluzione all altra fanno passare sempre piu tempo,alle mie richiestedi rimborso rispondono picche,in quanto deve essere lo staff tecnico a dare il via libera.lo staff tecnico fa passare molto tempo da una soluzione all altra sembra quasi voler far decadere la garanzia,l'ultimo contatto è stso a meta ottobre,tutt ora senza risposta.il comerciale si rifiuta di rimborsare l acquisto perchè passati 15 giorni dalla consegna.morale,ho un catorcio inutilizzabile che occupa spazio.sicuramente questi truffatori cinesi travestiti da americani farranno leva sul fatto che le spese di un legale supereranno il valore dell oggetto acquistato.state alla larga da questi,nel caso non funzionasse richiedete immediatamente restituzione erimborso entro i 15 giorni,la mia stampanteo soprammobile è inutilizzabile da maggio.
