I purchased Eventin pro to use for my…
I purchased Eventin pro to use for my client's calendar. What was represented was a finished system with widgets that would work inside Elementor. What I received was a product (calendar) that only worked on the front-end, so you could not edit properly in the back-end. As such, I was not able to provide the solution to my client, as the timeframe was missed. I have asked Themewinter for a refund - however, they first tried to tell me that it was not a bug - and that the plugin shipped like that. So - my next question was why are you marketing half finished products, as finished products? They have not responded - unless they do in 24 hours, I will be taking action with my bank - beware, the support will try and tell you a product which is clearly not finished - is finished. Edit: the below response is not true - and the developer is writing lies to make it sound as if they are not at fault. A product that does not work inside elementor back end is not a final product, no matter if it is working like that for everyone or not.
