Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service, impossible to reach, the diffuser is having issues., the oils I ordered are always back-ordered., stay far away from this company, they will try to hard close you into a contract

I received a mini pro diffuser as a gift. Because I am not the one who purchased it, they refused to provide any help even though the product ended up completely defective. They also wouldn't do anything to remedy the multiple subscription shipments of fragrance refills that I wasn't even able to use. They wouldn't cancel it, just told me that I can log in to my account and figure out how to cancel it from there. Overpriced, bad product, that the company clearly doesn't stand behind. Eventually the live chat person just ended the chat after they decided I wasn't worth talking to anymore.

I wish that I came here before being…
I wish that I came here before being totally scammed by this company. I’m in Canada, they never told me they had a Canadian division so stuck in this US disaster. The free gift certificate quarterly is literally useless. Have not used one in a year. And the whole product is useless for a home unless your hvac runs 24/7. It is truly the worst buying decision I’ve made since …. Since nothing, this is literally the worst. Sales quick to hussle customer service… crickets, everything is difficult. Oh, and now you have to pay extra to pick up your useless oil just so you can put in the cupboard with the other 10. Save yourself on this ridiculous and disappointing experience.

one star rating is too high
one star rating is too high. Numerous attempts to get machine fixed or repaired with a run-around via phone and email. After several months, sent in numerous requests to cancel all charges and subscription with more run-around, over an hour long hold on one call (never connected) and even a hang-up after saying "please cancel". TOTAL SCAM.

What happened to the "VIP" experience?
Signed up for the Aroma360 VIP Oil plan, which bills you monthly ($140/mo) for quarterly shipments of three signature oils. Unfortunately, the 'VIP Concierge' customer service they advertise as a core feature is completely non-existent. When I ran out of scent early and reached out for a simple accommodation—or even a discounted extra bottle to hold me over—I was met with a rigid, zero-consideration form letter telling me tough luck, wait until your scheduled date. For a luxury subscription price, the complete lack of basic customer support or flexibility is unacceptable.
