Not the same boots as advertised
I ordered a pair of Arnoconti Adjustable Black Tapered Boots. They did not look like the boots as shown on the Arnoconti website. I reported the following complaint to them: Arnoconti Adjustable Black Tapered Boot as shown on the Arnoconti website: 1. Your website shows a recessed side zipper design 2. Your website shows a non covered rear visible shoe seam 3. Your website shows a leather carved arch with a taller heal Arnoconti Adjustable Black Boot as received in shipment 1. Missing Recessed Zipper design 2. Covered rear seam stitch that is not present on the website image. 3. No carved leather sole arch. The soles are plastic with a flatter heel design than the website image. I purchased these boots based solely on the EXACT image portrayed on their website. But instead what I got was some cheap part plastic boots that fell short and was very different from what's on their website. My advice would be to skip this site as the risk is too high, especially when it takes a month to get them.

Scam. They shipped the shoes to me in a different color then advertised and also the shoe runs smaller then the regular size, so I asked them to send the correct color and right size, they want me to ship it back to China on my own cost. the shoe was $120 and the shipping to china costs $90. Terrible customer service. Also it took one month to go back and forth with them on explaining everything. As if a customer only sits in front of the computer and has all the time in the world for them and mending with their complicated process of returns. Terrible

I’m genuinely impressed with my Arno Conti shoes. The quality is beautiful, they feel incredibly well made and the design is even more stunning in person. 💙 They’re such a statement piece and instantly elevate an outfit. Shipping was smooth and quick, and the customer service was friendly and helpful throughout. An all-around great experience — I couldn’t be happier with my shoes and would absolutely recommend Arno Conti!
