They add to your order extra charges. total ended up $80. without even submitting to purchase. Once you give your credit card it will immediately take payment with added charges. You can buy the sane witness wss as tee nozzle on amazon for $8.99 which is too much for a nozzle that durant even have a my pressure. Stay away!!!! No customer service. File fraud with your bank.

I purchased the Aquila - it failed to work as advertised!
I purchased the Aquila - Powerful Water Jet with 3 Jet Modes! By Qinux . Do not buy it - a regular garden hose is more powerful! A total waste of money, with total false internet advertising! And no way to recover your purchase price! Please advise if there is any way to obtain our purchase price paid for this unit? Dan

I wish I had read the reviews before I rushed in and bought. As per many of the reviews, it is just a garden nozzle, spend your money on a good nozzle instead.

Qinux Aquoxis is a waste of money! It does NOT perform!
I purchased the Qinux Aquoxis on June 7, 2026. I was excited and hopeful that this device would prove as effective as it was promoted in the advertisement I saw. I had a total knee replacement on June 11, 2026, which took me about three weeks to recover enough to open my new Qinux Aquoxis and try it out. As soon as I opened it, I was disappointed. Every component is plastic, and I immediately knew it would not be very durable. My disappointment only increased once I attached it to my hose and tried to use it. Three months earlier I had purchased a typical nozzle sprayer. It was built more durably, performs more effectively, and cost about 30% of what I spent on the Qinux Aquoxis. In addition to my disappointment with the product itself, I was even more disappointed when I contacted customer support to request a return and refund. I was informed that I had only a 14-day window to return the product. Customer service stated: “Please note that you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return, provided the product meets the established conditions for returns.” This product has underperformed at every level—with the possible exception of accepting payment and handling shipping and delivery. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this purchase skip it. The Qinux Aquoxis is a waste of time, energy, money, and expectation. Do not waste your money.
