An expensive ziplock bag with waterproofing
This company offers waterproof pouches for mobile phones. The pouch I ordered (and received) specifically stated that it allows for excellent photographs out on the water because of the transparent casing etc. I went out on my paddleboard with it and wore it around my neck. The waterproofing was efficient but the quality of the plastic material is substandard. It bubbles due to the heat and attracts sea salt residue, both of which make photography impossible as the subject is completely blurred. The area where the pouch attaches to the clip is also very flimsy and will not last - basically I've purchased an expensive ziplock bag with a bit of extra waterproofing ability for the ridiculous price of 36 Euro. It's a UK product so the import duty to the EU does not help. When I wrote a negative review and submitted it to Aqua Pac, they replied that they would hold off on publishing it because it was negative and would get one of their representatives to call me first. 5 days later, I'm still waiting for this call and at this price, other people need to know to stay away from this company and product because it does not deliver on what it offers and the advertising in this case has been misleading

Absolute garbage
Absolute garbage. After the 1st use my waterproof duffel bag had the very thin interior waterproof layer exfoliating and cracking, so not waterproof anymore...

Excellent experience
Purchased the Aquapac plusplus to protect my phone and car keys whilst kayaking. Has been absolutely faultless (ie no leaks!) until extremely unusual circumstances saw one of the clips break. I contacted the company to see if it could be repaired, and they instead replaced the pouch. Love a business that stands by its products and customers!

Friendly Staff
Hotel staff were very friendly & helpful. Was a 5 min walk from station so very convenient. Room was clean and had everything we needed including amazing sound proofing from traffic noise - excellent shower too. We were able to leave our bags free of charge on check out & collect later. Would definitely return to this hotel.
