Genau so sollte es sein
Sehr gute Erfahrung von Anfang bis Ende. Alles war transparent, zuverlässig und deutlich unkomplizierter als erwartet. Man merkt, dass hier Wert auf einen guten Service gelegt wird. Ich würde den Anbieter jederzeit wieder nutzen.

Bait and switch tactics - cannot rely on course time table you registered and paid for
Bait and switch tactics. They require you to pay in full before the course starts. You register for the location and time, after the course starts they have free will to change the course time and even location. No apology, or question if that new time / location is even possible. No refunds possible. Be very wary. It happened to me now twice. I originally left them for this reason and thought I'd give it another go to the convenience of the course time/ location. Same thing has now happened again. And for this they are much more expensive than alternative swim schools.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. BEWARE of this company. I got totally scammed after booking my daughter onto a course which she started and then subsequently got cancelled. I still got charged for the lessons that she took (which we obviously never would have booked had we known the course might be cancelled). On top of this I was even CHARGED for cancelling the remaining lessons instead of accepting an alternative course which was not possible for us. DISGUSTED at how we have been treated after years of loyal custom.

Shockingly unprofessional treatment
Shockingly unprofessional and disrespectful treatment from the office (see other reviews, it’s a pattern of how they operate). They have this “we’re always right, we do what we please” attitude. - Short notice changes of course times or dates. Without even a simple apology, just “we’re informing you about a change”. - Two weeks into a course they move you to a different group (at a completely different hour: during working hours instead of in the evening) without even asking if it's ok. People go to work, you know? Also, it’s 2024, one missed phone call attempt is not an appropriate way of contacting anyone (especially that earlier they contacted me without issues via email or WhatsApp - when it was convenient for them). - To top it all off: after I gave them a poor review due to the above they started making threats that they’ll cancel my course reservation if I don’t take it down. What a joke. Maybe stop treating your paying customers like garbage and the reviews will improve?
