Great Customer Service
Honestly, I am surprised by all the poor reviews. I ordered 5 sweaters and they were all very nice sweaters and arrived quickly. One sweater had an issue, but I was greeted by very polite customer service representatives, and my issue was resolved promptly. I would order from here again, no sweat.

Prompt and helpful
My sweatshirts arrived pretty quickly and I really like the material! It's lightweight but warm! I did get sent one of the wrong prints but customer service was very prompt to answer my email and were very apologetic and helpful. I'd recommend this company for sure!

Great Customer Service
I accidentally got a sweatshirt with the printing upside down. ProudTee was really cool about it. Getting a free replacement without hassle and they were quick! The material is really soft and thick. Great quality so am super happy I am getting a replacement. Mistakes happen but they handled it beautifully! Would recommend!

Scam Company
Scam company. Weeks after ordering a tshirt from Proud Tee, I actually got a message today that it had finally shipped, and they included a link to "track the shipment." Of course the link was bogus, sending me instead to a message warning that the website was"suspect." Just steer clear of this scam operation.

If I could write this without a star I…
If I could write this without a star I would. Product is CRAP and illegal to sell in the US! No production tags listing country of origin or fiber content. I wish I would have read the reviews ahead of buying. I just asked for a refund, but after reading all these reviews, I will be taking this to the better business bureau and the federal trade commission. Something has to be done to criminals who steal peoples hard earned money while waving an American flag on their website.
