Highly Recommended: Buying a Pen from Appleboom
I found the pen on the Appelboom's website and wanted to confirm the price was indeed what I saw. Much to my surprise, I have got the confirmation from Joost directly. I placed the order, and a couple weeks later, DHL delivered the pen. Everything was done exactly as promised, and I even got mini-stroopwafels! This was a great experience.

New to Appelboom
Recently I purchased a Cleo Skribent Amboyna Burl fountain pen from Appelboom. This pen is not easy to find, but I did find one in stock at Appelboom so went for it. Being in the United States, I do not do much buying outside of the country, but I made an exception this time. The ordering and delivery were among the best I have ever had, and I will certainly not hesitate using them again. I was tempted to use their nib-tune service but decided that a Cleo /skribent nib would most likely not need it, and it did not. Cleo Skribent seems a quiet company in the US, but they make excellent pens, so I am not sure why they are not seen more.

A Very Reliable Retailer
I recently bought two fountain pens (Pelikan M800 and Pilot 823) from Appelboom. I requested the Tune & Smooth service and I am very happy with the nib of my M800. It is truly magnificent. The Pilot 823 F is also very good. In the same time, I am grateful to Appelboom for the fast shipping, good communication and excellent products. I will certainly come back and buy other products again soon.
