Well I went to this clinic in April…
Well I went to this clinic in April 2026 on the understanding that they were Regenesis. I am totally confused now as I thought they were Regenesis and changed name,but then left that clinic too,and decided to stick with the name Regenesis. To now find this is still actually a clinic makes me wonder who actually carried out my treatment then. This clinic that has terrible reviews for year's or Regenesis dentist's. The more I dig into it all the more disturbing I find thing's. I have been left with what appears bad implant positioning,and no teeth.

⛔️⛔️⛔️AVOID THIS COMPANY⛔️⛔️⛔️ Had my teeth shaved down and 25 zirconiam crowns fitted july 2025 and had to go back june 2026 has i've had problem after problem with the teeth, constantly hurting and not being able to eat properly,and large holes under the teeth in which food gets stuck. Went back for a 10 day holiday and to get them repaired, but they still havent repaired the holes or done anything to my teeth. The aftercare is non existent. I am now left with holes and constant pain, And wish i never had them done with this company. They also constantly changed my appointment times and days, and also on a couple of occasions, they didnt even bother picking me up, this resulted in me getting a private taxi at €60 euro return to my hotel. I paid for an extra treatment whilst there,but never had the treatment done and took them 23 days to return my money. This dentist has gone down hill, and most probably will close soon as the dentist has now changed names from regenesis to appolon due to bad reviews. Every other patient i spoke with was not happy with this company. AVOID (REGENESIS HEALTH TRAVEL) OR (APPOLON LUXERY DENTAL CLINIC) AT ALL COSTS. I have now transferred to another reputable dentist to get this fixed. Please read all reviews before booking with this dentist

Ignored After Problems Started
Before treatment, everything sounds perfect — excellent communication, promises of high-quality service, professionalism, support, and care. The treatment was arranged through the Lithuanian representative Mantas Savickas, who handled communication and organization before the procedure. Unfortunately, once payment was made and problems started after treatment, communication became extremely difficult. Emails were ignored, and getting proper support or responsibility from the clinic became almost impossible. After reporting ongoing problems, it was simply stated that the representative no longer works with the clinic and that all communication must be handled directly with the clinic. Several different email addresses connected to the clinic were contacted, however no proper response has been received. This experience has resulted in significant stress, disappointment, additional expenses, and unresolved issues. At this stage, this clinic cannot be recommended. Anyone considering treatment abroad should think very carefully before relying only on promises and online marketing.

Reading reviews I decided to use Apollon. The clinic,equipment, setting & welcoming was excellent, I felt I had made the correct choice. After paying i felt a shift in communication. I finished treatment on the 1st visit & requested the xrays which Vilmaz said we havnt got them. I insisted then they suddenly found them which worried me. After getting back to UK I had a 2nd consultation with the xrays & was shocked that I needed 1 root canal not 5 as Apollon had said, I feel they took advantage of me not being able to read an xray & adding treatment that didn't need doing. There was no communication from Apollon between visits except when I contacted & a very slow response that is why I sought out a 2nd consultation. Our return was 6mths & Apollon failed an implant but could finish treatment with a titanium bar at large extra cost which the dentist said if I want to make money I can make implants fail. What they didn't offer me was the treatment could have been completed in 1wk with less implants & titanium bar with the same cost with no need to go 6months without teeth & no return visit . I also found out 2 people I referred got their treatment less than what I payed . There is a sore which don't seem to be healing & Apollon are not responding, I should have been given antibiotics as they have al my money & it's as if that's it . I requested all my xrays & my implant passport with no answer. Therefore the lifetime guarantee seems like tongue in cheek on the hard sell . One set of all on 6 is shorter on one side & again no answer to our question . We are very nervous for the guarantees because there has been no after care & Apollon have responded in 2weeks Be aware,Communication language barrier & hard sell with added extras is the normal as seems everyone needs a titanium bar everyone needs root canals & every extra visit gets Govt reward for bringing tourist into the country. Lots in our hotel had a more truthful, honest, support & smoother experience to ours I read their reviews & it a little uncanny 5 recent reviews are written on the same day? There are reportedly 800 dentist in Antalya therefore plenty of choices . Last of all they agreed to give me a refund took my bank details & are now ignoring me therefore where does any guarantee hold up ....

Friendly helpful staff talk throught all your choices after you xrays the clinic is spotless clean it's a very relaxed all the staff can not do enough for you and to top it all i have the best set of teeth
