I’ve been working with Andy for a couple of months now, and it has literally been life changing. I’ve struggled with a lot of anxiety and panic attacks from past events. Andy was so accepting and understanding of my situation. From the second session, I was already seeing changes in my mental health. Andy is such a great person, he’s super easy to talk too. In ways I can’t explain how much he has truly made a difference in my life. I’m extremely grateful I got to work with him. I recommend Andy to any one!!

Andy is the real deal! I’m very grateful to have met him!
I could not recommend Andy enough. I discovered him after two years of suffering with extreme anxiety, just about all the worst symptoms in the book. I tried the medication. I tried the doctors. the therapist. the psychologist. It was all a waste of time and money. If you want something that will actually help you, get with Andy. get your life back. You’ve suffered long enough with anxiety. It is now a life mission for me to help others just like Andy did for me. I can tell you honesty that I am 100% anxiety and anxiety symptom-free at this point in my life and I don’t think I would be saying that now if I didn’t not meet Andy.

Absolutely recommend Andy for working with anxiety, using a host of the inquest and his learning from personal experience. This also fed into my business focus and many aspects of my life. All of this was performed over the phone from Germany to New Zealand, showing that distance is absolutely no barrier.
