I bought the Apex 50
I bought the Apex 50, 48 volt. The bike is great, handles well, battery lasts 25 miles with no pedaling (that's a lot of riding, very impressed) over several days of riding. It handles grass, dirt, mud, pavement, takes bumps well, ditches, and fields. It has plenty of power to tackle grades for me (200 lb) . The few minor things I didn't like is the quality of the multitool that came with it and the quality of the hex bolts. The head seems to strip out before the bolt is loosened. I'm 56 so the seat was not comfy, replaced, and for me the 2 inch handlebar riser from Andsky made a huge difference in seating position. Other than that it is a wonderful machine. I recently purchased an ANDSKY e-bike
I recently purchased an ANDSKY e-bike, and overall, I have been very happy with it. The bike is very well built, heavy duty, and comfortable to ride. I really like the 4-inch tires, full front and rear suspension, strong braking system, headlights, taillights, and turn signals. It comes with a lot of accessories, and while you may not need all of them, it is nice that the bike is well equipped right out of the box. I purchased the model with two 25-amp batteries, and I am getting around 70 miles of range with pedaling, which is solid for the type of riding I do. I ride quite a bit and currently have about 500 miles on the bike. So far, it has been comfortable, dependable, and fun to ride. I did add riser handlebars because I personally prefer a more upright riding position, but that was just my own preference. I did have one issue early on with the pedal-assist cadence. When pedaling, it was only assisting up to about 16 mph. I contacted ANDSKY customer service, and they were very helpful. They sent me an updated controller, and after installing it, the cadence/pedal assist is now much better and closer to 21–22 mph. I really appreciate their customer service and the fact that they worked with me to resolve the issue. At this point, I have no complaints. The product is good, the service has been good, and I would recommend this bike to anyone looking for a comfortable, heavy-duty e-bike with good range and a quality build. Overall, I am very happy with the purchase and would recommend ANDSKY to riders who like to ride often and want a solid, capable e-bike.

5 star bike
5 star bike. 5 star purchase. 5 star service and warrenty. Jay in Toronto canada. I purchased one of their bikes back in february 2026. I have named my bike the BEAST. this bike is amazing. I love the power, the comfort and the stability of the bike. People ask me all the time where I got it from and if I liked it. And I always tell them 5 star I had a problem with some of the brake cables and i contacted the online support With suggestions on how to fix it, and they were very quick within the hour. To responded to my email, with the video directions on how to fix my brakes. They also warrantied A large portion of the problem and completely resolved the situation Very quickly. I am very happy with the customer service. Aspect of this company but most of all I love my beast and I love riding it as much as I can.
