Known Delamination Issue – 2-Year Warranty Promise Becomes 6 Months
I purchased an Android display from Android-Car-DVD.de (Andream) less than one year ago. The display has developed a serious manufacturing defect: the screen lamination is failing, causing the touchscreen to become increasingly unreliable. The unit has never been dropped, opened, modified, or damaged in any way. When I contacted support, I was told that this is **"a known issue that cannot be resolved at the moment."** Instead of honouring the warranty, they claimed the product was outside a **6-month replacement window** and only offered a partial refund. This directly contradicts the warranty policy published on their own website, which clearly states: > "All Andream units include a 2-year limited warranty." and > "Within 2 year after you get the product, if your item(s) are broken or defective, you just need to return it and we will send you a brand new unit." After I pointed this out and referred to both their published warranty policy and my rights as a consumer purchasing from their German webshop, they simply stopped responding. It has now been **over four weeks** without any reply to my warranty emails. A company can always have a defective product. What matters is how they handle the warranty. Unfortunately, my experience has been that once you challenge them on their own warranty terms, communication stops completely. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

BMW compatibility limitations and no technical support
J’ai acheté un boîtier Andream pour un BMW X3 F25 équipé du système EVO. L’installation s’est déroulée correctement et le système fonctionne globalement, mais certaines fonctions d’origine du véhicule ne sont plus pleinement utilisables. Lorsque l’interface Android Auto est active, la fonction BMW Side View (caméras latérales d’aide à la visibilité aux intersections) ne fonctionne plus. Par ailleurs, pour bénéficier du guidage vocal Android Auto/Waze, il est nécessaire d’utiliser l’entrée AUX, ce qui empêche l’écoute simultanée de la radio d’origine BMW. J’ai contacté le support technique à plusieurs reprises les 5, 7, 14 et 21 mai afin d’obtenir une solution ou des explications. À ce jour, je n’ai reçu aucune réponse. C’est surtout cette absence totale de suivi du support après la vente qui motive mon avis. I purchased an Andream MMI box for a BMW X3 F25 equipped with the EVO system. The installation was completed successfully and the system works overall, but some original BMW functions are no longer fully usable. When the Android Auto interface is active, the BMW Side View function (side cameras used to improve visibility at intersections) no longer works. In addition, Android Auto/Waze voice guidance requires the AUX input to be selected, which prevents simultaneous use of the original BMW radio. I contacted technical support several times on May 5th, 7th, 14th and 21st to obtain a solution or an explanation. To date, I have received no reply at all. The complete lack of after-sales support is the main reason for this review.

ABSOLUTE SCAM - They send garbage and fake the shipping weight
BEWARE, PREMEDITATED SCAM. I bought a multimedia screen for my car for 369€ on the Andream EU website. Instead of the screen, I received a small box containing a cheap paper poster and two useless pieces of plastic. The worst part is how they operate to try and deceive the payment platform: on Andream's own website, they state that the screen weighs 3 KG. However, on my package's shipping label, they falsely printed '1.732 KG' to simulate sending a heavy electronic device and trick the courier company. When I placed the box I actually received on a digital scale, the total real weight was barely 1 KG (1026 grams). They use this tactic so the shipment generates a valid tracking number and shows as 'Delivered' in the system, allowing them to keep your money by claiming they did fulfill the order. Fortunately, I paid with PayPal. I have opened a fraud dispute providing all the photographic evidence of the scale, the fake label, and the garbage I received, and the case is already escalated to a claim to get my money back. If you are considering buying from this store, RUN AWAY. It is a scam where you risk being sent literal garbage so they can steal your money. Terrible service and even worse intentions.

Misleading EU shipping – forced to return to China for refund
Product was clearly advertised as shipped from a European warehouse. I received the item, but when I requested a return, the seller required me to send it back to China at my own expense, which is very costly and risky. Additionally, the seller asked me to cancel my PayPal dispute in exchange for providing a European return address. This is unacceptable and raises serious concerns. The return conditions were not consistent with the original offer. Customer support was unhelpful and the whole process felt unfair. I would strongly recommend being careful before buying from this seller.

Terrible customer help after buying
Perfect service when the webshop can sell you something, terrible service when you want to cancel the order and send it back. Do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else with more service
