Be ready to pay HIGH import/duty tax to receive your package.

My order costs over 390 USD and I was asked to pay an additional 88 USD to receive it. The company claims that they clearly outline the fact that duty tax could be due upon the shipment of your order, however they totally don't. I'm sorry, but I don't consider a one sentence blurb that import or duty tax MAY apply as sufficient. The price point for this merchandise is way too high for that type of an issue to arrive. Sorry....nice jewelry but not worth all the extra money and aggravation...very disappointing. Will not purchase again

I bought two necklaces from Ananda Soul…

I bought two necklaces from Ananda Soul in Bali in April 2025 for ~£300–£350. Both developed faults within a month. Customer service asked me to pay the international return shipping to Bali to repair them (they’d only cover the return leg back to me) and offered a 20% discount on a future order instead of taking full responsibility. Only after endless back in forth which is time consuming and unexpectedly time wasting when you pay such a premium price and trust the ethical message of the brand. What disappoints me most is the gap between the brand’s/founder’s public persona — ethical, heart‑centred, mental‑health / life‑coach advocate — and my lived experience as a customer. At this price point (especially in Bali), I expected durability and accountability. I raised this several times over weeks; the core point (why I should pay to fix defective goods) was repeatedly sidestepped. In my view, this conduct doesn’t align with the values the founder publicly promotes. I won’t be purchasing again and think prospective customers should be aware of how warranty/quality issues are handled.

Exquisite jewellery and great customer…

Exquisite jewellery and great customer service. I recently purchased a stunning ring from Uluwatu to mark a special moment in my life while on holiday. Unfortunately one of the crystals fell out of the ring and the customer service I received was fantastic. They are sending me a new replacement ring and couldn’t have been nicer about it all. I will definitely be adding to my collection in the future and highly recommend this magical brand in Bali.

I have lived in Bali and spent upwards of $1200 on jewelry from them. I now live in California and wanted to buy some as Christmas gifts. I ordered on December 2nd with the promise it would take 10 days. So I waited, after 2 weeks of not receiving any email of shipment I reached out. Only to find that my items were not in stock (when I purchased this was not the case ) and would ship out as soon as they had it. I’m so disappointed in the lack of communication - I now am out a Christmas gift and left scrambling. Unfortunately due to lack of communication I will not buy from the company again.

Achtung: hohe Zollgebühren, aber trotzdem sehr schöner Schmuck

ich habe bisher meine Ware noch nicht bekommen, kann zur Qualität daher noch nichts sagen. Allerdings habe ich komplett übersehen, dass ich für die Zollabfertigung zuständig bin. Es fallen Zollgebühren und zusätzlich auch die Mehrwertsteuer von Deutschland an. Somit ist die Ware mindestens 20% teurer und es bedarf einen hohen Aufwand, alles zu erledigen. Die Idee, dass ein kostenloser Versand ab einem bestimmten Betrag möglich ist, lässt einen alles andere "übersehen". ich würde es nicht mehr machen oder wenn überhaupt, dann nur über einen europäischen Händler. Ich möchte meine Sternenbewertung verändern, denn der Schmuck ist wunderschön. Daher gebe ich noch drei Sterne hinzu.
