Applying for a delivery position is…
Applying for a delivery position is horrible. Its been a year+ since ive applied for a delivery position. They emailed me months ago to begin my onboarding and i did. Everytime i try to upload my license, they fail it. When i call them to fix the problem they tell me to upload it again and wait. Thats if i can understand what theyre saying. Just got off the phone again with these people and still, nothing. This is the worst.

USE CAUTION if the app glitches, you won’t get paid
I had a 45 package route that glitched off my app. I drove to the station, got my route, loaded it, then it wiped off the app. I unloaded it and waited 40 min to be told there is no route available and I would be paid. Now three days later they are saying they will not pay me. USE CAUTION.

Amazon Flex is an OK side gig...Can you make 500.00 a week, YES! However, DRIVER Beware!! If You fail to meet any of their expectations they will ding you on your driving history which plays a BIG factor in what blocks you receive and such. They only allow xyz amount of issues then its a fight for you to remain in good graces with them.. God forbid you have a flat, their app crashes, you contact their piss poor driver support that puts whatever they feel in the so called ticket they supposedly created for you. I am hear to tell you NO matter how hard you try, after they give you a certain amount of of excuses.. then they ding you for EVERYTHING!! AMAZON takes ZERO responsibility for their distribution centers mess ups. That's the drivers fault, the take ZERO responsibility in their APP crashing thats the drivers fault... OH and the BEST ONE...the DRIVER is still responsible for the package once its delivered... so if it get stolen..its on YOU!! Again, its a good side hustle .. but prepare yourself... they will give you 50 packages to deliver within a 3.5 period and ALL PACKAGES have to be delivered ON TIME... think its easy .. Think again, because if its routed wrong.. there will be issues... here's a good one you have a 3.5 hour block.. you pick up.. you are in the middle of the route... and you start getting lates.. you look at the itinerary, and low and behold the center has put packages that should have been delivered much earlier at the end or middle of your route.. well guess what.. NOT AMAZONS fault... ITS THE CONTRACT DRIVERS FAULT!! Just if you decide to drive for flex... just remember. DRIVER BEWARE!! Just keep in mind... Amazon holds EVERY DRIVER responsible Amazon DOES NOT take any responsibility for ANYTHING Amazon's Driver support is about as useless as they come... ZERO understanding, ZERO EVERYTHING!!
