They bricked my device and offer no support.
Their support and bugs have been poor in general. Lately things have been improving - BUT - then last week Friday they pushed an update to my TREX3 - since then the Biosensors are completely. You can literally see the HR monitoring stops as soon as the update was applied I've tried a factory reset - I've tried running the device flat, I've tried just about everything. I've submitted three support tickets, only received one response to "try and log a ticket with logs attached. EVERY.SINGLE.TICKET had the logs attached. Useless company, useless support - will never by one of their products again. Funnily enough, this was going to be my last anyway because of the poor support and bugs.

I love the watch but not the company…..AI fail to the customer
I love the watch but not the company….. Purchased the original Trex and battery life is awesome…….unfortunately the band broke and looked for another….. Contacted support and got an AI response to search the web for an alternative since they can’t help me. This is why an AI company will fail!!! Thank you Amazafut for being just that…… I need a company that supports the customers that helped you by buying your product, Thanks but no thanks.

Product review - it is just naff
As you cannot leave reviews directly on the Amazfit product page, I wonder why… I will do so here for a product I purchased directly. I purchased the Amazfit helio strap as I got fed up waiting for the Garmin alternative and wanted a screen less fitness band. I wish I had waited as I have just wasted my money. The product itself is just half baked and gives limited health data, misses key metrics and the app is rubbish and not very intuitive. The tracking of data is haphazard and not consistent with the facts compared to my Garmin devices. It tracks VO2 data in the activity but no historical data is provided. The distance is way off and no in line with others. This review is based of one months use, but overall I am not impressed at all. I guess you get what you pay for. Have sent various data logs but no feedback and based upon the reviews here, I don’t expect any now. If you’re serious about your health and tracking buy from a trusted brand in the sector and stay away from the brands trying to be something they are not. Amazfit should just stick to Ali Express.

Worst watch I've ever owned ever
Worst watch I've ever owned ever. Just a glorified cellphone with a strap on it that ain't worth a sh+t. False readings constantly, absolutely a stupid watch that don't know how to calculate anything correctly. Can't be trusted for someone with any real health issues. They should take these off the market and shut this company down.
