Alza sells broken products
Alza sells broken products, the "Good as new" products are a scam. This is the scenario, you buy something it's broken, you have two choices, return it or take warranty. Returning gives you the money back immediately so obviously you will choose that. Now the problem comes when alza will not test the product and sell it to the next sucker, he will get a product that is broken and guess what he is going to do... So, please, if you buy products from alza never buy used, they are just a spinning wheel of broken products being passed around until one person forgets to return it and takes the loss.

Awful worst service I have ever…
Awful worst service I have ever experienced fron any electronics Seller. New semi broken Monitor, send in for reclamation got it back even more broken (literally unusable) and they do not want to give out a refund. Never ever buy from this Shop!!!!

Watch out for Alza neo
Watch out for Alza neo, they changed their terms and don't tell you devices are now 3 years. By my calculation, you basically pay 90% of the device, and one you return it, they will look for the slightest thing. If its a tiny scratch, which after 3 years is 100% normal they charge you 10%, if you have a small chip, and by small I mean 5mm, they charge you 50%, and if the device is broken further it's 100%!!! I regret using alza neo, and I am so nervous about having these devices, if you are thinking of using alza neo Don't. go to Nay.sk, and they often have 0% interest but with that, you pay the same or 15% higher give or take, and own the device after. Now I am trying to see how to return the device after 24 hours of having them.

i never used this website for shopping, someone stole my credit card information and used this site for transaction, despite informing within 2 hrs, i have not received refund even after 30 days. this seem to be fake website Hi, I cant understand how this happened so quickly, on 15/06/22 transaction was made for around 1500+ EUR and amount was immediately taken from bank; and weight of shipment is just 0.36 KG, i dont even know what was ordered or content of shipment and within 3 days it has been delivered to collection point and not taken yet. status still shows its ready for collection; it will be much easier for you to get it back than person sitting thousands of miles away (United Arab Emirates). I will contact Czech police too but i will appreciate if you can expedite on your end.

Objednejte a opravte noční můru pro myčku nádobí
Objednal jsem myčku. Myčka Gorenje dorazila a fungovala jednou a poté mnoho chybových hlášení o provozu. Požádal jsem o opravu, takže museli přijet a odvézt to. To mě stojí pár hodin, zůstat doma a čekat. Stroj se vrátil a doručovatel neměl zařízení, které by mi pomohlo jej vrátit do domu. (Musel jsem to nést sám a nasadit na hadice). Pote, aké ono má VÍCE problémů (Stále má chybové kódy, které se neobjevují v návodu k obsluze, a nyní uniká ze stroje (nikoli z hadic)). Zavolal jsem tedy znovu a byl jsem nasměrován na stránky Gorenje. Adresa na stránce objednávky nebyla správná. Musel jsem se zaregistrovat a čekat na odpověď. Raději si vezmu úvěr a koupím jiný stroj, ale teď mi to zabere tolik času od práce, než to zorganizovat. Zatím je to měsíc, bez myčky. Není velký problém umýt nádobí, ale velký problém zavolat a domluvit opravu. I ordered a dishwasher. The Gorenje dishwasher arrived and worked once, and then many errors about operation. I asked for repair, so they had to come and take it away. This costs me a few hours, to stay home and wait. The machine came back and and delivery man did not have device to help me put it back in house. (I had to carry it, myself and fit it to hoses). Also, it has MORE problems (It still has error codes that don't appear on instrucitons and it now leaks from the machine (not the hoses)). So I called again and was directed to gorenje site. The address was incorrect for the order page. I had to register and wait for a reply. I rather take a credit and buy a different machine, but it now takes me so much time away from work to organize this. So far, it has been a month, without the dishwasher. Not a big deal to wash dishes, but a big problem to call and arrange repair.
