Service okay... Men internettet forsvinder konstant, og det er ret dyrt, når det ikke er optimalt Wi-Fi.. Så jeg anbefaler ikke altibox..

Repeated internet failures
Unfortunately, our experience with Altibox has been very disappointing. We have had problems with our fiber internet connection since the very first day of installation. The connection did not work properly after installation, and the technician initially suspected that the fiber box was faulty. The fiber box was therefore replaced, but this did not solve the problem. At that time, we were told that the internet might start working by the following day, but we actually remained without internet for another two to three days. Since then, two technician visits have taken place to investigate the problem. Each time, after troubleshooting and making some adjustments, the internet has eventually started working. However, the actual cause of the problem does not appear to have been identified or permanently fixed. The most frustrating issue is that every time the fiber box loses power or is simply disconnected and reconnected to electricity, the internet connection fails again. Instead of reconnecting within a few minutes, we can be left without internet for many hours. On several occasions, we have had no connection for the rest of the day and have only found it working again when we woke up the following morning. This is particularly concerning because the fiber box has already been replaced once, so simply replacing the box did not address the underlying problem. I understand that technical problems can happen, especially during a new installation. What is disappointing is that after multiple attempts and two technician visits, we still have a connection that cannot reliably recover from something as simple as a power interruption. I have contacted Altibox again and provided them with the details of the problem. I hope they will now investigate the root cause, including the line, service provisioning/activation and network configuration, rather than simply restoring the connection temporarily. Unfortunately, based on our experience so far, I cannot recommend the service. I will be happy to update this review if Altibox finally identifies the underlying issue and provides a permanent solution.

Virkelig nemt og god service, kunne ændre startdatoen på abonnementet til dagen før uden problemer, og så hjælper det ogs at der kommer chokolade og kaffe med i pakken🥳
