As I stated in my previous reviews, I already returned all of those items as you know to your Las Vegas location with the pulled yarn and all of the defective items so those are back at your company so I need a full refund immediately on those items If your company is legitimate, you will give a refund on those items. April 13, 2023 Please refund the $30 which I paid for shipping the defective items back to your company. I had requested a mailing label many times to return the defective items find an email which I never received a return label so I had to pay $30 to return the defective items to your company. Please refund is $30 amount for my shipping charge for the fact of items. Thank you for the refund on the defective items. Sherry Palacio

The seller disappeared from communication
After the last appeal (5 months ago!) I have not received the order, the seller does not respond to e-mail and on the official website. (edited) A month later, the seller sent my money back. The store should view its mail more often

Commande reçue dans un carton "amazon" (si on fait le choix de ne pas acheter sur amazon ce n'est pas pour en recevoir malgré tout des colis...) sans bon de livraison ni facture. Je vois dans d'autres avis que c'est apparemment une pratique courante pour ce site. Nous avons reçus deux ponchos, avec le même numéro de référence et la même taille alors que nous avions commandé deux ponchos différents, à des tailles, des références et des prix différents! Nous avons envoyé des emails pour expliquer notre situation: on nous a répondu une seule fois et en se moquant véritablement de nous! Alors non, aucune recommandation pour ce site. Pour un service de qualité et des produits en alpaga allez voir d'autres marques plus sérieuses!
