My delivery took well above forecast delivery time over 10 days. When the dress did arrive it was not the dress as is advertised. Huge difference in the garments were I ordered a corset back gown and received a non corseted garment. They use images from alternate websites for there marketing of garments I’ve reported the false advertising to the ACL and necessary legal representatives to try prevent trading under false pretences. The returns policy is deceptive and not at all followed they resorted to copying and pasting the same email and not answering legitimate concerns.

⚠️ WARNING — ALMOND MUSE ⚠️ I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Almond Muse. I contacted them immediately to cancel my dress order after my grandmother passed away and requested a refund. It has now been weeks, and I still have not received my money back or proper shipment information. What is most concerning is that I was told my refund would not be issued unless I removed my negative review. That is completely unacceptable. I should not have to remove an honest review to receive money that is rightfully mine. I am sharing my genuine experience so other customers can be aware of what happened to me. I will not be pressured into deleting my review just to get my refund. Almond Muse, please return my money and resolve this matter.

My order arrived 10 days late (taking 14 days instead of the promised 5-7 days), making the purchase completely useless…. I never even opened the package and returned it intact to their European warehouse via La Poste. Now, they are refusing to refund my credit card and are trying to force a store credit on me. Their "Refund and Return Policy" is intentionally twisted and deceptive. They claim that sale items cannot be refunded, yet every dress on their website is "on sale". This has been an absolute nightmare. I feel completely scammed for cheap quality dresses, and had to cover the costs for sending back the dresses. Bravo!!
