We've been using AllRide for a year now. It took a little while to get everyone up to speed and adjust to the software, but now the team is comfortable and we're managing the entire dispatch operation smoothly.

I hired this company for a project
I was a victim of a scam by AllRide, a fraudulent company that is actually based in India. I hired their services believing the promises made in their advertisements, but they didn’t deliver the project and refused to refund my money. On top of that, I found out they don't have an office in the U.S. as claimed, and all their communication was false. If you’re thinking about hiring AllRide, beware! This is a deceptive company that doesn’t fulfill its promises and hides behind lies. Don't fall for this scam! Protect yourself and stay alert to avoid becoming another victim of their fraud!

Easy to use and customized to my needs.
Being in the transportation sector, managing bookings, maintaining trip logs, cancellations and refunds consume a good amount of time for our staff. AllRide’s booking and dispatch management modules turned out to be quite handy. The demand forecasting is also interesting, although we are yet to use it to its full potential.
