Ordered a replacement batery for a…
Ordered a replacement batery for a Dyson vacuum. The battery was clearly been used, it had the wear and tear marks and marks of the screws. They get used items, they clean them, stick a new label and sell broken items as new. Also, based in France, warehouse, customer service and shipping comes from france so delivery takes a few extra days as a result. Don't dream to get to speak to anybody.

Shocking Customer Service
I think this is the first time I have left negative feedback, normally I can't be bothered if service or a product is poor. However, their customer service is shocking, I ordered two batteries and paid for them via a credit card, the order confirmation duly arrived with the correct shipping address, unfortunately they were sent to the wrong address in a different part of the country. They won't answer the phone, nor will they call you back if you leave a message. Every email is answered with an automated reply advising they will reply within 48hours, then I'm advised the batteries have been delivered, I then email to say the wrong address, and this ping pong has continued for weeks. I have now received a full refund from my credit card company. Hopefully your experience with company is more pleasant than mine.

Order never updated, couldn't get in touch.
Ordered a motorcycle battery through them, gave me an ETA of 8 working days, the information they gave hadn't updated for a week so I emailed, an email back after 4 working days (6 days in totality) came back unhelpful and did not provide the information I was after, I tried to phone them on four seperate occassions, never got through, never heard back from them after leaving a voicemail and contact information, after two weeks couldn't keep sitting on my hands hoping a company with zero contactability will deliver what they sell.
