I have notice a lot of one star reviews…
I have notice a lot of one star reviews for this company. Mostly these are products. Mine is about their website. It is one of the worst designed ones I have ever seen. If you need to ask a question, you first have to select the proper drop downs. And you have to select them all. For example if you have a question about one of their electric appliances, you have to select the electric cookware and then the sub category. This drop down is empty so you cannot select and option, therefore you cannot submit a question. Solves the problem of having to answer questions or deal with issues.

Warranty as worthless as the stainless steel
Purchased an All-Clad G5 Saucier 2.5 Qt. for roughly $430, believing this was a premium product. After using the saucepan 5 times for tomato sauce, redwine sauce and cooking pasta theres now serious pitting going all the way through to the graphite layer on the inside bottom. Contacted All-Clad and got the answer that this is to be expected when using salt and acidic foods and isn't covered by warranty. A saucepan which can't handle salt and acidic foods? Seriously? I'm now stuck with an inferior product that in no way reflects the high price tag. If you don't want to waste your hard-earned money, stay away from this company's cookware.

I bought 13 pc Nonstick Cookware Set / HA1 Hard Anodized - Packaging Damage directly from the company 10 months ago for home use, the surface of al the pans are scratched some already showing rust, I always use silicone spatula. The products are defective and not heat resistant. Do not buy my whole set is now fit to throw out after less than a years use!

Around the World in 21 Days for One Kettle!
Ordered on June 22 with promised 48h shipping, but instead got a 3-week corporate thriller: All-Clad shipped it to NJ, immediately recalled it back to their warehouse, accidentally routed my complaint emails to Sydney, Australia (thanks for the chat, Kelly!), and left me kettleless for 21 days until it finally arrived today — I literally forgot the taste of coffee, 2 stars only for the hilarious entertainment value!

Worthless warranty doesn't cover coating
I spent £379 on an all-clad pan with lifetime warranty. After 4 years of normal use (household, not a restaurant) and due care (ie hand washing) the non stick coating was peeling off so I tried to invoke the warranty and was told it doesn't cover the coating, only the pan itself. In hindsight the warranty is very misleading and I would not have paid £379 for a pan that lacks a warranty on its most delicate feature. Quite disappointing and I suggest others don’t make the same mistake and over-pay for this worthless warranty!
