Selected for a project, deactivated after identity verification, and denied any meaningful appeal
I had a deeply frustrating experience with Alignerr. I was selected for priority onboarding for the Pulsar Audio Transcription & Alignment project and was explicitly told that my general interview step had been skipped. I was then instructed to complete identity verification through Persona. I completed the verification exactly as requested. Immediately afterward, my account was deactivated. I had not started production work, had not completed the Pulsar assessment, had not received any warning, and had not been informed of any violation. What followed was even more frustrating than the deactivation itself. Support repeatedly told me that, if my account was eligible for appeal, I should click “Submit Appeal” in my dashboard. However, there was no “Submit Appeal” option available. I explained multiple times that the appeal mechanism they were directing me to did not exist on my account. I also asked whether the deactivation had been triggered by a Persona verification issue, an automated account-matching problem, or a false positive. Instead of receiving a substantive answer, I received repeated generic responses stating that if the appeal button was not visible, the decision was final. This means that I was effectively given no explanation, no meaningful review, and no accessible appeal process. To make matters more confusing, I later received communication stating that the Pulsar project access issue had been resolved and providing instructions to access the project. However, my original account remained deactivated and the profile I could access did not show “Go to Projects” or the Pulsar project. The issue is not simply that my account was deactivated. The issue is the complete lack of transparency and the circular support process surrounding it. If Alignerr uses automated identity and security systems, there should be a reliable human review process for cases where a legitimate user may have been incorrectly flagged. Telling users to submit an appeal through a button that does not exist, while refusing to explain what happened, is not an adequate resolution process. I am fully willing to verify my identity again or provide supporting documentation. What I have not been given is a meaningful opportunity to do so. I will update this review if Alignerr provides a proper manual review and resolves the issue.

Assessing relevent skills in right way in an interview
I was transitioning from Textile trading to AI industry & had attended 4-5 AI interviews with MICRO1 interview being the most brutual making any candidate to sweat out under pressure by bombaring questions like an interrogator while SME careers was smoother .But what separates Alignerr from rest is that they ask candidates on their previous or current experience ratherthan asking newbie on a difficult AI work stimualted interviews.All the questions in the interview were related to my skills in my field & not in AI field and that gave lot of confidence to showcase my skills relevent for the job ratherthan giving imaginative answers

My experience was pretty good. I was able to hear the AI's questionnaires very clearly, gave me enough time to reply and understood everything. I said, and she repeated it back as if I was talking to another human being. The only thing I would say is when I spoke and didn't finish all my thoughts at once. And I interrupted her brain, she did some reconfiguring, and she responded with a whole new sentence, and then went back to our old sentence to say what she wanted to say, but it wasn't bad either as a human being, I probably would do that, too. If I felt like someone was done speaking and I started to respond to what they had said. And then they added more things. In the process of me responding, I would stop, arrange my thoughts and then speak again on their new information. All and all, I would say my interview experience was pretty good.
