They do not give what you rent
I rented a medium suv like Mazda CX5 and they gave me a small suv Taigo. I claimed to the customer service and no answer. Beware

Avoid Avoid Avoid I rented a Car from Alamo in Zadar Airport. We all know the tales of car rental companies charging people extortionate prices for a tiny scratch. It appears clear to me that this business of renting cars is merely a side income. And gouging customers is how they make the real money. This has happened to me twice in Zadar airport. Car rental overcharging seems to be a big issue here as I rented cars all over Europe (3 so far just this year in France and Spain) and thankfully never had any problems. EVERY SINGLE time I’ve rented a car here, they fine me extra money under very dubious circumstances Even if the fault lies with you, for a ridiculously tiny scratch that would realistically cost under €50 to repair, they will charge you over € 1,000! If you still want to rent a car from them, factor in an extra €1000 to the cost because all signs point to them charging you for it.

Used their service at Zadar Airport. Booked through another site. With every car rental company you need to carefully read the requirements and document the condition of the car before you drive away. It's easy to fall into trap of unnecessary costs. I had no problem with this car rental company. Used my Klarna credit card for the deposit and the amount was on hold for a month after returning the vehicle. This is normal when they awaiting for incoming speeding or parking tickets etc. The inspection of the returned car was made in a swift.
