The music it makes is actually pretty good but despite that they make the app terrible by making you pay to download your songs and when you don’t pay they make the decision of deleting your music if you don’t pay within a specified time limit that they don’t alert you of even when they have your email. I can’t be sure if I subscribe that I’ll regain access to my music and that is what angers me about this app. I’d say you’re better off using Suno at this point.

Not Transparent I accidentally purchased the annual subscription instead of the monthly one. During checkout, no payment amount was displayed at all, so I assumed I was still selecting the monthly subscription. Later, I discovered that over $200 had been charged to my bank account. I contacted customer support by email numerous times and have never had any response.

Unclear, I paid for a usage package but after using just 1 or 2 articles, the credits ran out. I can no longer use it, and there are no additional credits promised to customers daily. It's no different from a scam app.

Unilateral removal of user assets for financial gain
I am writing this review to warn other creators about the dishonest practices of this platform. Despite explicit written representations from the company in 2024 confirming that the copyright of all generated content belongs to the user and that users maintain the right to decide any use of their work, the owner has unilaterally and without notice deleted my music files from my account. When challenged, the platform pivoted to a retroactive "free user" policy to justify the deletion of my property. This is a direct contradiction of the contractual promises made to me upon joining. It is clear that this platform does not respect the intellectual property of its users and treats creative labor as disposable. If you are a serious creator, do not store your work here. They will claim you own your content until they decide to delete it without warning. I am currently pursuing this as a breach of service agreement and misrepresentation of rights. Save yourself the frustration and find a platform that understands the value of a creator's work. The owner is attempting to frame the disappearance of my work as a 'feature limitation' for free users. This is a complete deception. What they are actually doing is holding deleted user data hostage to force an 'upgrade' or payment. By telling users their files are 'gone' while simultaneously pushing a paid path to 'restore' them, they are attempting to minimize their liability for a service failure they created themselves.
