If I could put a negative in front of the star it would be marked as a -10. As others previously noted, this company has abysmal customer service attitude. I don't care how "interesting" or "alluring" a product might be, I would never buy anything through them again!

Worst customer service and they hold you funds stating security and fraud reasons. If you need to transfer your crypto currency quickly never ever use AIEVE. Wait time to hold online agent or via phone is more than 4 hours and they won’t do much as well. What ever it displayed on AIEVE they say the same. Expedited process is only for name sake on AIEVE. It never worked and customer service don’t help. Taking more than 2 weeks to transfer funds. Still going .. Thanks to the website/company written in my review title to get a refund. Contact them now or you will wait forever!

I only gave it a 1 star as that is the lowest the application allows. The company took my money have I have had no contact in over 2 weeks. They will not respond to any of the messages I have sent. They don’t have a contact number. I have filed a BBB fraud on them and contacting my bank to do the same and charge back the money. They are a scam don’t use.
