Very disappointing and untrustworthy service. The “trial” felt like a trap, with the subscription terms and billing not being clear enough. I did not receive the service I expected and would not recommend AI-Pro.org to anyone.

Scam! I want my money back.

Thought I was subscribing to Perpelexity and next minute I’m getting a monthly bill of R410 from AI PRO. Despite it giving me a notice that my subscription has since been cancelled and I cannot use the platform, I still get billed monthly. Was billed in July and they’ve been attempting to take my money for August. I want my refund for July and want to cancel my entire account but dont know how.

I paid for one year subscription then found it very bad AI tool so I decided to cancel i only used it for 5 minutes it was piece of trash compared to Claude and Chat GPT. Don’t subscribe Don’t pay
