Genau so sollte es sein
Sehr gute Erfahrung von Anfang bis Ende. Alles war transparent, zuverlässig und deutlich unkomplizierter als erwartet. Man merkt, dass hier Wert auf einen guten Service gelegt wird. Ich würde den Anbieter jederzeit wieder nutzen.

I paid £150 for what I was told would be a full vehicle diagnostic from this mobile mechanic/auto electrician for an electrical ECU fault on my Ford Focus. When he first came out, he said he couldn’t properly work on the car because it was parked roadside by the kerb, even though it was on a quiet residential road. Given that this is advertised as a mobile mechanic/auto electrician service, I was surprised, but I still went through the trouble and expense of towing the car back to my home so he could return and complete the diagnostic. He told me he would come back another day. I then had to repeatedly message him just to arrange when he was coming. Eventually he said Monday at 11am, but added that if it was too hot he might not work. I even sent him a photo showing that the car was on a spacious driveway with plenty of shade. On Monday, as 11am approached, I received no message at all saying he wasn’t coming. I eventually had to call him myself just to find out whether he was turning up. That was when he told me he wasn’t coming. He told me to get lost for even thinking of calling him. I was understandably frustrated because I had arranged my day around the appointment and had already paid him £150. All I expected was the basic courtesy of a message letting me know he wasn’t going to attend. Instead of apologising, he became incredibly rude and abusive. In the messages afterwards he called me names and told me “that’s why people are ripping you off”. I have screenshots of the entire conversation. The issue wasn’t simply that he couldn’t come that day. Plans can change. The problem was taking £150, failing to complete the promised service, making me tow the vehicle elsewhere, failing to communicate that he wasn’t attending the rearranged appointment, and then responding with personal insults when I questioned it. Completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional behaviour. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this business.

Avoid At any cost!!
Avoid, no stars. Avoid at any cost is unprofessional, uneducated. No upto date equipment and a mental case. Started swearing on phone when trying book a follow up. Avoid!! If only had seen previous reviews..

AHA auto electricians
this guy Abadi, was friendly when he arrived, he wanted his call out fee up front (£100 in cash) then after discussing the job said he was very confident he could sort everything. he fiddled around under the bonnet for 20 minutes and then said he knows what the issue is and he needed to go for a spare part. that was the last i ever saw of him. he is a rip off merchant,

Abdi was totally incompetent and…
Abdi was totally incompetent and expensive. Caused further damage, strung me along saying he would fix it, but after missing his 3rd appointment, became very rude and disappeared. Avoid!
