Totally inaccurate tracking info
Installed this to handle shipping updates for our shop, but the notifications are completely broken. It notified multiple buyers that their packages were arriving today when USPS hadn't even processed them out of state yet. Customer service is just an endless automated loop with no actual people to help fix it. Not worth the headache.

MARKETING COMPANY-NOT A GOOD DELIVERY UPDATE COMPANY
This company is only worried about selling, not properly updating your package delivery. You will receive an initial email and it appears that your Package was delivered today at 9.32am on your front doorstep. BEWARE: this message is an advertisement! Also, keep that initial email because it's the only email you'll receive. To see progress of your package, the TRACK button in that one and only email is where you will check. No email when package is delivered.

This Company is Horrible!!!!!!
My package was to be delivered almost a month ago; it is still saying it is out for delivery, and that was 3 days ago. This company is a scam for sure, and I believe they are working with some of these overseas companies. I probably will never get my package. There probably isn't a package to begin with. I ordered a dress from a store called modeldressesy. I know more order it and the name of the store changes and now I can't find where my dress it. Nobody replies to emails and Aftership has a bogus email and phone number. I am pretty sure I got scammed. Don't fall for this company. UPDATE.. they said they delivered to the gate.. I don't have a gate. So all that time wasted, waiting for a wedding dress. Don't fall for it.

Not Reliable
AfterShip sends email my package will be delivered today and it is 2 states away from me according to tracking number. Away i did not get my package. This is not the 1st time i have dealt with AfterShip and they Are Not Reliable.

Aftership never delivered my package but said they did.
Aftership was the tracking for Moantmila. We ordered my husband some shirts and I received an email that my package was on its way, almost 30 days from my order date. After many checks for status, all it said was on its way until the 28th and they said it was delivered to my mailbox. Well it was NOT. I contacted Moantmila and they offered me a refund after deducting $15 shipping because the logistics denied the claim it was lost. I only paid $9.90 for shipping and also a $3 shipping protection. What a joke. Just wanted everyone to know that this is not a reliable shipping contact. HDSExpress was supposed to be the delivery carrier. I think they are all in together in this scam.
