Awful experience
Awful experience. Bought a pair of shoes that broke on the first wear, heel completely torn . The use that caused it; a dinner night and walking on paved road. Customer service refused to refund me and told me that they would repair it “as a gesture of good will”. Btw the shoes retail for 420 e original price .

Extremely uncomfortable shoes
Extremely uncomfortable shoes. I cannot end up in agonising pain every time I put these shoes . Customer care told me after I sent them a picture of the aftermath to continue wearing and hopefully they mould to my feet. I don’t plan to destroy my feet any further. Also, the shoes were advertised as nappa leather and within less than a month in my possession they have scuffs and tears. I do not recommend this brand and will be avoiding at all costs.

Such quick and prompt response to my query then my package arrived exactly as I expected with my gorgeous boots. I am incredibly impressed with the style and quality of your boots so much so I purchased 2 pairs in very quick succession.

Excellent customer service and a beautiful product
I had an issue with my original pair of Aeyde shoes, and I was so impressed with how quickly and thoughtfully their customer service team resolved it. They went above and beyond to make things right and sent me a replacement pair, which arrived perfectly and just in time for the event I had planned to wear them to. The shoes themselves are beautiful and exactly what I was hoping for, but what really stood out to me was the level of care and attention from the Aeyde team. Maeve was incredibly helpful, responsive, and kind throughout the entire process. It’s rare to have such a positive customer service experience, and I really appreciate Aeyde taking the time to make sure I was happy. I will definitely be purchasing from Aeyde again!

Shoes were beautiful, just did not fit well. Return was processed in a timely manner. Return ship point was quite far from my location.
