Fraude niet op in gaan
Mr mr
He’s nothing more than an ambulance chaser, working in coordination with C-Date (Interdate SA) and eCollect AG as part of their fraudulent scam to coerce people out of money, using threatening bullyboy tactics. Not one of them are registered companies. Do not succumb to the pathetic pressure they try at to apply with their threatening letters. Record and keep all correspondence, and ask them to provide proof of the debt. I guarantee it won’t be forthcoming.

Good morning everyone. I've read the various comments and would like to share what happened, considering that I received a letter without notification at my previous residence in another city (I've long lived in Rome). Therefore, it has no legal value, pursuant to the Italian Criminal Code, Civil Procedure Code, Civil Code, and Consolidated Law on Public Prosecutors (T.U.L.P.T.) as amended and supplemented, as required by Italian law. I would like to point out that, at this time, it is not possible to de facto "identify" the undersigned, self-styled "Radoslav Koychev, LL.MM. Advokat," who is demanding payment of EUR 654.33 within 48 hours, with the beneficiary being "eCollect AG" via a banking institution called Baden-Wuerttembergische Bank in Stuttgart, Germany. I would also like to point out that, at this time, it is not clear how this individual obtained my mobile number, registered in the name of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, which was regularly placed under precautionary surveillance for reasons of "national security." However, as far as I'm concerned, this is not a problem, because the aforementioned self-styled Radoslav Koychev had the audacity to write, among other things, to an official of the aforementioned Presidency at one of my former residences. Therefore, in accordance with my official duty and in consideration of the nature of the crimes, I have taken steps to participate in the entire process. The Guardia di Finanza (Italian Finance Police) Command, competent in Italy and linked to INTERPOL for further proceedings. Currently, the CNR (National Research Council) has been consulted with the competent Public Prosecutor's Office, where, if crimes under Article 416/bis are discovered, they will proceed jointly with the D.D.A. It is certain that if this person de facto exists, he has acquired a "serious problem," assuming no criminal conspiracy is found. The Media are informed as required by law.

I joined this B2 dating site and connected to singles 50s received threats from B2 so just paid the bill so it would go away. Have the proof on my bank transactions years later, I get letter from E collect now. I’ve had two letters from that RK advocate but it looks fake cheap paper no signatures I live in Australia so thinking of finding a good German solicitor to hunt them down and countersue for harassment trying to send emails to that B2 but comes back no connection so scumbags bring it

Deeply suspicious “law firm” connected to scam dating sites - He's also Bulgarian and connected to organized cyber fraud crime - Bulgarian Dating site owned scams such as Be2 C-Date and etc. I want to warn others about “Advokat Radoslav Koychev” and the letters/demands coming from this supposed law office. After researching extensively, the picture is very troubling: Connected to scam dating sites – The demands typically relate to “subscription traps” from dating platforms (C-Date, Be2, Academic Singles, etc.). People are told they owe hundreds of euros for memberships they never knowingly agreed to. Mass complaints – A huge number of consumers across Europe report the exact same experience: sudden, aggressive letters demanding payment, often under threat of legal action. Dubious office address – The website and letters list Eschersheimer Landstraße 42, Frankfurt am Main. When checked on Google Street View, this building shows no law office signage at all. Nothing indicates that a law firm is actually based there. Hidden identity – The domain advokat-koychev.com is registered behind WHOIS privacy services, making the real operator impossible to trace through public records. For a lawyer supposedly bound by German Bar regulations, that’s highly unusual and raises more suspicion. Legal community warnings – Multiple German legal blogs and law firms have written about these payment demands, treating them as a recurring problem and advising recipients not to pay without proper proof. The advice is consistent: demand clear evidence of a valid contract, and don’t be intimidated. No transparency – While the website claims Bar Chamber membership, everything else points in the opposite direction: no visible office, hidden registration, and a flood of negative reviews. I searched German court dockets and public legal databases for any court judgments, enforcement orders (Vollstreckungsbescheide) or case listings that specifically name “Radoslav Koychev” or “Advokat Koychev”. Short answer: I could not find any German court docket or published judgment that names him as the plaintiff or counsel in a decisional record. ✅ What’s verifiable Website & letters exist: advokat-koychev.com presents itself as a Frankfurt-based law office, listing a phone, email, and Bar Chamber membership number. Domain privacy: The domain is registered with WHOIS privacy, hiding the true registrant. Address dubious: The given office (Eschersheimer Landstraße 42, Frankfurt) shows no law firm signage on Google Street View. Consumer complaints: Dozens of complaints (, forums) describe near-identical experiences — aggressive debt demands tied to subscription-trap dating sites. Legal blogs’ view: Multiple German legal portals have issued articles about these letters, treating them as a recurring mass demand problem rather than legitimate client representation. Sample demand letters: Circulate widely online, often linked to notorious dating-site operators (e.g., Howlogic Kft and others). 🚩 Red flags (pattern) Hidden WHOIS ownership. No physical signage or visible law practice at the claimed office. Large volume of near-identical consumer complaints. Strong ties to known subscription-trap websites. Legal commentary treats these demands with suspicion and advises not paying without proof. ⚖️ Legal context In Germany, a licensed lawyer must be verifiable in the Rechtsanwaltskammer registry and have a real Kanzlei (office). If no such office exists at the advertised address, it undermines credibility. Even if he is technically admitted to the Bar, the pattern of consumer harm + misleading presentation makes this operation look like a front for debt-collection harassment tied to scam dating platforms. 📌 Consensus The consumer consensus is that “Advokat Radoslav Koychev” is at best a debt collection front for scammy dating sites, and at worst a completely fabricated law practice identity. He is widely regarded as not a trustworthy lawyer. The address is questionable, the website hides behind WHOIS, and the complaints are consistent across countries. German legal commentators consistently advise: do not pay, demand proof, report to authorities. DO NOT reply to his emails - he doesn't receive them. All he wants is you to send the money. BLOCK him on your emails. It is highly likely he operates out of Bulgaria and uses a fabricated German front
