Defective Product, 10 Days of Stalled Support, and Zero Refund for Their Fault
I purchased an AdsPower subscription based on their claims of providing a reliable anti-detect browser for professional use. From the very beginning, the product had critical fingerprinting inconsistencies specifically with WebGL and WebGPU parameters that failed standard integrity checks. The browser environment was flagged by independent fingerprint testing tools, which completely contradicts their core promise of "undetectable" browsing. I immediately contacted support and provided detailed evidence, including screenshots and test results. Instead of acknowledging the defect or offering a fix, their support team spent over 10 days giving me copy-paste responses, asking me to try the same basic troubleshooting steps repeatedly, and clearly stalling for time. During this entire period, my paid subscription was actively burning, and I lost over 5GB of premium proxy bandwidth running tests to prove that their product was broken bandwidth that I paid for separately and would not have wasted if the product worked as advertised. After finally accepting that the issue was on their end and that the tool was unusable for my workflow, I requested a refund for the wasted subscription period and compensation for the proxy bandwidth destroyed by their defective software. They flat-out refused despite the fact that the fault was entirely theirs and documented from day one. This is not how a professional SaaS company operates. You cannot sell a product that fails at its primary function, waste your customer's time and money for 10+ days, destroy their third-party resources with broken software, and then refuse any accountability. The lack of a refund policy for defective products is a major red flag.
