These couple of weeks I bought 40f the…

These couple of weeks I bought 40f the 14 pack actimel and was greeted with all of them half full. Why is that? I took a photo today and will go to another store today to compare and see if it’s the same.

Hi there, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We completely understand why this may have caused concern. What you’ve described is often linked to a natural separation that can happen in yoghurt drinks over time. A clear liquid layer, known as serum, can rise to the top during storage, which may make the bottle look less full than expected. Usually, a thorough shake will blend everything back together and return it to its normal consistency. We’d also like to reassure you that our filling process is fully automated and carefully monitored, with quality checks in place to identify and remove any bottles that do not meet our standards before distribution. Of course, we appreciate this may not have been the experience you expected. ik dronk van een klein flesje actimel en toen ik het op had begon mijn lip te bloeden door de rand, maar het is nog steeds heel lekker!

Empty bottles

I understand the actimel bottles aren't 'full' and the concept on the clear liquid and the bottle needs to be shook BUT you cant shake a bottle if there is next to no product in the bottle. Too many times in recent weeks I have bought the 12 pack immune support product only to get home and find at least 3 bottles basically empty. At the start I thought the first batch had a fault but this had happened in different batches now and I'm now wondering if it is cost cutting mechanism. It is however a breach under the Customer Rights Act

Why in every 12 pack of Actimel there…

Why in every 12 pack of Actimel there are always at least two bottles that are only half full sometimes more? surely the filling process is automated and all bottles should be equal, or is it a deliberately act to save money.

Hi there, Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback, we’re sorry to hear your concerns. What you’re seeing is usually due to a natural separation that can occur in yoghurt drinks. Sometimes a clear liquid layer (called serum) rises to the top during storage, which can make the bottle appear only partially filled. Giving the bottle a good shake should mix it back together and restore its usual appearance. We’d also like to reassure you that our production lines are fully automated and include strict quality checks. Each bottle’s fill level is monitored, and any underfilled bottles are removed before leaving the factory. That said, this isn’t the experience we want you to have. This product hit me like a storm and completely transformed my life

I have never experienced anything this intense or effective before. My stomach had been a mess for years with constant bloating heartburn and trouble going to the bathroom. Nothing helped and I was honestly exhausted from trying different things without results. Then I tried this and everything changed instantly. On the very first day my stomach went from totally shut down to full chaos mode. Everything started moving at once. I was stuck in the bathroom for what felt like forever because my whole system suddenly woke up and went into overdrive. It was wild intense and absolutely unbelievable. But after that insane first day something incredible happened. My health actually started improving. The bloating disappeared the heartburn calmed down and going to the bathroom became easy again. I felt lighter clearer and more alive than I have in years. If you are completely healthy you might not notice anything dramatic. But if you have struggled like I have this product can be a total game changer.
