I would not recommend Ace-FX based …
I would not recommend Ace-FX based on my experience. My money took four days to be transferred, causing me to miss a pre-arranged trip. Throughout the process, communication was poor, and it was only at the last minute that I was told they were using a different company to complete the transfer. This should have been made clear from the start. The service was unprofessional, unreliable and lacked transparency. When you’re transferring money, you need to know who is handling your funds and have confidence that the timescales quoted are accurate. To make matters worse, I couldn’t find a clear complaints procedure. For a company handling customers’ money, this is completely unacceptable. I believe this company should be investigated to ensure it is meeting the standards expected of businesses providing financial services. Based on my experience, I would not use Ace-FX again.

Fair rate, easy to book online. What I liked less was that I could not buy US$ over £750 value using my debit card and had to faff around with my online banking app with a signal only available outside their London Bridge shop due to security measures within the shop. Only just had enough data left on my pay to go smart phone to complete the transaction. A few of the $100 bills were also badly worn and one had a tear in it - in some countries forex dealers often refuse to change $ bills in poor condition.

I’m a stay-at-home mom and I’m not tech-savvy at all. I met a guy in an online parenting group who seemed so supportive. He sent me his passport and we talked about our kids’ futures. He convinced me to invest $250,000—money my husband and I had saved for a house. The site was a fake front-end showing our money growing every day. They let me withdraw $100 early on to build false trust, so I thought it was a safe bet. When I tried to withdraw a large amount for a down payment, they froze my account. They demanded "verification fees." It is a pyramid scheme that lies, cheats, and steals. I’ve reported this to the police, but there’s been no progress. I’m questioning their competence. I am now choosing between buying groceries and paying the electricity bill. The trauma of losing our family's future is destroying me. It’s mind-blowing they get away with this. Whatever. I was at my limit and nearly lost it all until I found out about = a'yRLP =. They are the only trustworthy team for recovering your funds from these scammers. I’ll never rely on another Advisory they’re all frauds and liars. My life has been completely disrupted by this stress, but at least there’s a way forward. Their support is a complete farce, they’ll lie without blinking. Go directly to the experts before it’s too late.
